We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete in-home plumbing repairs - replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.
- Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services - lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory
- Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets

- Proven experience in service and repair of residential plumbing
- Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- High school graduate or equivalent
